Job Description:

• Conduct quality assurance review and identify areas for improvement in the AML/CTF/sanctions process, systems and documentation
• Prepare the review result to management
• Conduct analysis on the review results and prepare reports to management
• Communicate with stakeholders and recommend corrective actions and solutions to complex issues, and monitor for completion
• Conduct institutional risk assessment and other data collections exercise and provide solutions and deliverable for the issue associated with the assessment
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with relevant exposure to anti-money laundering / compliance / banking regulatory bodies / internal audit / risk management
• Ability to work independently and make prompt decisions
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in banking laws, operations, products and services
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
