Job Duties:

• Report to the Department Head and lead a team on the product development of corporate finance and services according to the customer needs and market trends
• Devise and implement strategic plans of related product development, major in bilateral corporate financing & insurance business as well as relevant fee income.
• Work closely with various departments and business centres on decision making of marketing plan for bilateral corporate financing and insurance business.
• Analyze bilateral corporate financing business performance of the Bank and to understand the market trend and movements as part of the business strategy review process.
• Active coordination with external business partners, including ICBC Group members in development of joint programs and new business alliances.
• Formulating the work flow of bilateral corporate financing business to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build good business relationships with insurance companies and brokers in order to have sustainable promotions on the corporate insurance business.

 Job Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years' corporate finance and services experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of banking and corporate financing business & product development, 8 years at supervisory level is preferred
• Good knowledge on related banking products (bilateral financing & insurance) and markets
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal as well as negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
