• 向财务总监报告并协助制定战略性融资解决方案，并获得各银行或金融机构的投资项目需要的信贷审批。
• 建立并维护与金融机构的关系
• 跟踪包括经济趋势，融资情况，外汇和利率市场在内的最新市场环境，准备定期分析报告。
• 负责在岸和离岸融资，评级维护和财务风险管理。
• 与银行和金融机构就融资和交易的主要条款进行谈判
• 准备贷款申请报告并负责讨论内部团体的批准
• 参与香港及海外项目融资
• 在必要时为临时任务提供支持

要求

• 财务/会计学士或硕士学位
• CFA / PRM / ACCA / CPA的合格成员是非常受欢迎的
• 在香港和海外至少5年的融资经验，在银行或金融机构的工作经验者优先考虑
• 离岸融资经验是一大优势
• 对香港银行融资和债务资本市场的财富知识，海外经验是一个优势
• 有企业财务和财务风险管理经验
• 自我激励，注重成果，能够在动态高增长环境下工作
• 优秀的人际关系和谈判技巧
• 优秀的中英文沟通能力和写作能力，

Responsibilities

• Report to Financing Director and assist to develop strategic financing solutions and acquired credit approval from various banks or financial institutions for investment project needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Keep track with the latest market environment including economic trend, financing situation, FX and interest rate markets to prepare regular analysis reports.
• Responsible for onshore and offshore financing, ratings maintenance and financial risk management.
• Negotiate with bank and financial institutions in major terms of financing and transactions
• Prepare loan application reports and in charge of discussion for internal group approval
• Participate in Hong Kong and overseas project financing
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Finance/Accounting
• Qualified member of CFA/PRM/ACCA/CPA is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of financing experience in Hong Kong and overseas, experience in bank or financial institution is highly preferable
• Offshore financing experience is a big plus
• Wealth knowledge of bank financing and debt capital markets in Hong Kong, overseas experience is an advantage
• Experience in corporate finance and financial risk management
• Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under a dynamic high growth environment
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills in both Chinese and English,
