Work with Investment Operations team to provide oversight and operational support of derivatives and other complex instruments.  Focus on onboarding of APAC clients trading listed Derivatives. Assisting the Department Head in improving and enhancing derivatives operational support within Investment Operations. Act as a primary point of escalation and performing oversight activities on derivatives related operational processing. Execute on oversight activities surrounding derivatives operational processes. Oversight activities include independently researching escalated issues from external service providers and internal partners, coordinating an appropriate response, and proactively monitoring operational processes. Responsible for the development, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs and metrics related to operational support of derivatives. Research and develop processes to support new derivative and complex instruments.  Facilitation of the process to ensure business partner support, research and documentation of the new derivative investment, and encompasses ensuring appropriate valuation, security setup, corporate actions handling, trade communication, confirmation and settlement support for the new derivative instrument.  Review and assess derivatives operational infrastructure, processes, and controls.  Develop recommendations, process improvements, and policy & procedures related to operational processes spanning valuation, setup, corporate actions, trade communication, confirmation, and settlements.  Develop product documentation and job aids in support of derivatives operational processes.  Interact with front office personnel and services providers to resolve escalated issues.

To be considered, you should be degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with derivatives related experience. Sound knowledge of various derivative instruments. Good communication skills. Solid systems and business knowledge. Project management skills preferred. Independent and team player.
