Associate / Senior Associate – Remittance (OP-REM)

Responsibilities:

• Handle the operation of the payments transaction, inward and outward remittance via SWIFT/RTGS;
• Provide telephone services to in-house departments and the customers;
• Conduct the compliance review of payments operation;
• Handle the account posting, bank charges, FX deals, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Form 6 graduate or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE including English;
• At least 2 years’ solid experience in remittance operations of banking industry;
• Excellent English and Chinese typing skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and excellent English and Chinese typing speed;
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English; and
• Immediate availability is preferred.
