崗位職責:

• 立足公司戰略定位，制定公司發展戰略，爲管理層決策提供戰略分析和建議；
• 協助公司孵化和發展新業務，擬定新業務的投資前景分析、實施規劃和投資回報分析；
• 負責研究海內外資本市場的動態，收集、分析金融行業相關產品與服務資訊、商業模式、市場趨勢，撰寫分析報告；
• 對接集團戰略條線，做好年初、年中投資計劃的起草和匯報工作
• 與各大銀行、券商、投資公司、基金管理公司等金融機構建立良好的合作關係；
• 處理管理層分配的其他工作。

任職要求：

• 金融、工商管理、經濟等相關專業大學本科或以上學歷； 
• 具有10年或以上金融行業戰略管理工作經驗，並對香港金融業務市場有深入認識；
• 有責任心及自覺性，具有較強溝通、組織，協調能力；
• 普通話與英文流利，具備較強語言表達能力和良好文字功底;

Responsibilities:

1. Based on the strategic positioning of the company, formulate the company's development strategy and provide strategic analysis and recommendations for management decision-making;
2. Assisting companies in incubating and developing new businesses, formulating investment prospect analysis, implementation planning and investment return analysis of new businesses;
3. Responsible for studying the dynamics of domestic and overseas capital markets, collecting and analyzing information, business models and market trends of products and services related to the financial industry, and writing analytical reports;
4. Interconnect with the Group's strategic lines and do a good job of drafting and reporting investment plans at the beginning of the year and mid-year;
5. Establish good cooperative relations with major banks, securities companies, investment companies, fund management companies and other financial institutions;
6. Handle other tasks assigned by management.
