Head of Risk - Private Banking
about the company
Our client is an expanding international Private Bank with a strong presence in the region.
about the job
- You will establish and run the Firm's HK Risk Committee for regular review of all the risks inherent in the activities of the entity, including compliance / regulatory risks
- You will be responsible for local private banking risk management assessment / performance analysis and reporting
- You will also be in charge of operating the risk management framework: market risk, ALM risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, operational risk
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's degree and above in finance, economics, accounting or relevant discipline
- At least 8-10 years of relevant risk management experience in market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk or suitability risk ideally from a private bank / PWM or global markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
