Responsibilities:

• As the operation team lead of Private Banking and Wealth Management and taking care of the PB operation;
• Report directly to the Head of Technology and Operations;
• Perform daily account administration including documents vetting, safekeeping and client data maintenance;
• Perform daily PB transactions e.g. settlements & corporate actions;
• Perform checks and investigation of clearing and custody for securities and derivatives transactions and reconciliations;
• To verify and ensure the transactions processed are compliance with bank policies and procedures;
• Perform periodic review and identify transactional risks.

Requirements:

• Private banking and Wealth Management background is essential, along with settlement experience of over 8 years;
• Product knowledge in FX, bonds, equities, mutual funds and structured products;
• Experience in clearing and settlement of securities and securities-based lending;
• Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance or economics degree preferred.
