Responsibilities​ :

• Report directly to the Head of Technology and Operations;
• Assist and support Private Banking and Wealth Management projects to develop related systems, workflow and new products;
• Manage and coordinate software vendor, IT and business stakeholders which including front/ middle/back office users to develop Private Banking and Wealth Management solutions based on requirements;
• Devise/Collect business requirements from various stakeholders and prepare requirement documents, specifications and procedures;
• Plan, execute and support the implementation activities such as coordinate UAT and pre-implementation setup, project rollout, post implementation support, release upgrade and prepare relevant documentations;
• Develop and maintain application/ system documentation and procedure;
• Handle ad-hoc duties.

 Qualifications / Requirements​ :

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, IT or a related field;
• Deep understanding of banking / financial products & services / operations / regulations;
• Good understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management business, products and best practice is preferred;
• Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and standards;
• 10 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Extensive experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects is preferred;
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
