Company Description

Our client, a global insurance company is seeking a high calibre to support the maintenance and effective operation of their fund platform and contractual relationships with fund houses.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end corporate actions process; implement all regulatory required communications in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to the SFC code.
• Collaborate with IT & Operations, Risk, Finance and other members within the Marketing team to ensure the smooth delivery of corporate actions related customer letters and updates of the fund information on our systems and literature.
• Act as the first point of contact with the SFC in handling the submission of corporate actions for filing or approval.
• Regularly check and update the Investment Choices Brochure with fund houses to ensure the accuracy of the fund information in the offering document.
• Perform due diligence and undertake performance monitoring on existing and potential new funds on investment proposition platform.
• Negotiating commercial terms and managing contractual relationships with all existing and potential new fund houses on our investment proposition platform.
• Maintain effective ongoing communication with designated fund houses and handle relevant enquires and requests.
• Provide and maintain all fund information in marketing materials and ensure that is up to date, accurate and complies with all regulatory requirements.
• Resolve enquiries from internal and external parties on investment funds in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform UAT for any system enhancement relating to the investment fund platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• At least 5 years of experience in banking & finance, investment or insurance industry
• Knowledge of the SFC ILAS Code
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, strong analytical mindset, excellent problem solver and communicator
• Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in written English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
