SFC Type 6 Corporate Finance – IPO Principal

Our Client, a well-established financial corporate is looking for a high caliber Corporate Finance IPO Principal to join their existing SFC licensed platform and be actively involved in their corporate finance related business activities.

Responsibilities

-        Monitor corporate finance projects, including IPOs, M&A and other corporate finance transactions, and ensure the quality in accordance with the internal policies and external regulations

-        Assist in assessing potential deals, developing new business, executing transactions and maintaining client relationship

-        Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC in connection with implementation of the projects

Requirements 

-        University Graduate or above in Finance, Economics or related discipline; preferably with CFA / CPA / MBA qualifications

-        Minimum 5 years’ corporate finance experience with IPO and M&A

-        MUST be Hong Kong SFC Type 6 (i) IPO Principal or (ii) responsible officer/ representative who is eligible to apply as IPO Principal

-        Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code is required

-        Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
