Job Description

Our client is a well known privately-held real estate focused principal investing firm with office in New York, London and Hong Kong Etc. Their team manage investment over 15 countries.

Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Structuring
Financial Modelling and report writing
Investing in the China Market
Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree or above in Business Administration/Real Estate/Finance or related discipline
1 years’ experience in Investment Bank or PE Funds, with previous exposure to China Market
Candidate with CFA Qualification is preferred
Solid financial modelling skill is a must
