Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone support to customers and help fixing problems related to company business applications.
- Perform hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to internal users. E.g. Email Setup, PC Setup, etc.
- Maintain the call log system and help in process daily paper works.
Requirement:
- F.5 or above with 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Good knowledge on MS Office and Wintel System.
- Experience in IT helpdesk and PC/LAN support services.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferred.
