Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conduct the testing of software to ensure that they meet business requirements in terms of both functions and reliability and technical requirements from IT;
• Responsible to verify those unit tests results done by in-house development team or Vendors to ensure those meet quality criteria and the expected test result;
• Based on the Business requirement documents, the functional requirement documents and the unit test cases to prepare the list QA test cases (such as functional, performance, stress, regression & etc.), expected results and test data;
• Ensure QA process is on the right track all the way as part of the SDLC project lifecycle and firm wide QA policy;
• Identify, document and prioritize defects and bugs;
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed or summary QA test reports to project stakeholders respectively; and
• Prepare testing metrics and provide regular status to the QA manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably from Computer-related subjects, Finance, Business Administration, Applied Science or similar faculties;
• A minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance / testing work experience;
• Solid knowledge on Performance Center, Eclipse, Application lifecycle Management (ALM) and other automation testing and loading test tools;
• Good understanding of IT systems and functions in general, exposure to technologies as Java/C#/CSS, development experience, SQL database, Excel VBA and scripting language;
• Understanding of the whole Front to Back Trading Cycle (especially for stock trading) is a plus; and
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.  Conversational level of Mandarin is required.
