The Job:

• Control and check buying income
• Store and maintain all trading terms contracts
• Support Category Managers with financial calculation on their annual trading terms negotiations
• Develop a vendor scorecard with KPI’s to support category managers
• Manage the financial reporting part of Joint Business Planning with key suppliers
• Prepare external audits
• Ensure all invoicing to suppliers is being actioned

The Person:

• University graduate with around 5-8 years solid experience in analytics and vendor management gained in retail/ FMCG industry
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical skill, well-planned and acute market sense
• Self-motivated, high accuracy in work and well organized
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills including English & Chinese Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint
• Immediate available is preferred
