Job Description

Our clients, some famous and international banks are now looking for candidates to join them as Teller/ General Banking Officer/ Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers or inbound call for various product and policy related enquiries
Support internal and external client by providing professional advice
To identify customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
Promote full-range of general banking products
Achieve sales target by offering financial products
Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Job requirements:

Secondary education level or above with 2 years experience in banking and finance
IIQE and HKSI license in an advantage
1 year or above bank or customer service experience is an advantage
Able to work under pressure and meet service targets detail-oriented and good communication skills
Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
