Key Responsibilities

• Review portfolio valuation, including price verification and P&L analysis.
• Assist in preparing KYC documents in account opening process and handle KYC/AML inquiries of new investors.
• Manage the booking and reconciliation of account expenses and authorize wire transfers.
• Monitor trade confirmation and trade settlement processes and reporting.
• Ensure all subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switching processed by Fund Administrators are properly and timely completed.
• Analyze data and help prepare management reports.
• Provide general support to the team, review transaction documents, ensure smooth trade settlements and record keeping.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1 years’ experience in financial institutions with knowledge in VBA, python, financial analysis and account reconciliations is preferred
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for asset management.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated with high degree of initiatives.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
