Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Perform trade-related transactions monitoring.
• Provide advice on compliance issues and handle licensing, CPT record monitoring and attend to enquiries from regulators.
• Prepare, draft and review legal and compliance documentations.
• Be responsible for reviewing, advising and conduct checking of KYC/CDD documents and ensure the process are complying with the rules and regulations currently in force.
• Enhance the AML compliance awareness among staff through provision of relevant information, publications and training etc.

Requirements

• University degree holder in Law, Finance, Accounting or business related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ legal, audit or compliance experience preferable in asset management, securities or corporate finance field.
• Good knowledge in SFC licensing and compliance laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, operations, products and services.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate and present complex ideas and technical matters in simple terms.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
