Job Descriptions:

• To prepare and review commercial/syndication loan documentation
• To check legal and collateral documents to ensure all conditions precedent are duly completed
• To monitor and follow up documentation deficiency and outstanding loan documents
• To liaise with account manager, credit analyst and external council on non-standard loan documentation process
• To participate in documentation issues of new lending products
• To participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of loan documentation experience in banking industry focusing on reviewing and drafting documentation
• Sound knowledge of banking products in particular of loans and trade finance related products
• Sound knowledge on commercial/syndication loan documentation requirements
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Can work independently with good sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
