Are you good at using technology?

Can you easily operate mobile apps using a smartphone or tablet?

Do you enjoy showing others how to use them?

If so, you could use your skills to develop a new career in banking service with Hang Seng Bank.

 

As a Digital Advocate in one of our 250 branches or automated banking centres throughout Hong Kong, you will help our customers sign up for and use our e-digital banking services. Following our comprehensive training you will become a subject matter expert who will promote our e-digital services, show customers how to operate them and answer their queries, cross-sell banking services / products as well as direct them to the correct service point in the branch.

This is an ideal role for a tech savvy person who is keen to learn about banking with a view to pursuing a long-term career in banking service.

 

Requirements

  • University degree / Associate degree / Higher diploma holder; or HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least passes in Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above) plus work experience
  • Able to work from Early June – End of August 2019
  • Knowledge of using Mobile Banking App
  • With customer facing experience is a plus
  • Tech savvy and keen on developing digital knowhow and understanding of the latest digital and mobile technologies and trends in the market
  • Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

 

Work location will be subject to change and to be decided by Line Management upon joining.
