Our Client is a renowned financial institution in HK. The role will be responsible for managing and supervising the operations of MPF business & ORSO pension in order to comply with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate the goals, objectives and business operations of the department
• Manage and supervise daily operations in MPF and ORSO pension services
• Monitor and control daily operational tasks so that timely and quality services are delivered and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines where applicable.
• Strong experience in leading and planning ahead of operations activities, reviewing and updating of operations manual, procedures and control.
• Train and develop subordinates so that staff can perform up to the required standard and successors can be identified.
• Liaise with internal and external parties with effective communications
• Perform ad-hoc project and assignment when required.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent related disciplines with at least10 years of MPF and ORSO pension is highly preferred
• Experience in managerial position and supervision skillin management of teams
• Solid knowledge of MPF/ORSO and compliance regulations
• Previous operational experience and management of teams within MPF, Funds and Trust Operations preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese;Putonghua is preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
