Our Client is currently looking for an experienced manager to join the company.

Managing Director

(RO Type 1, 4 , 6, 9)

Responsibilities:

• According to the company's development strategy plan, formulate fund financing plan and perform financing projects
• Design financing plans, fundraising strategies and transaction structures, establish fundraising channels and complete fundraising targets;
• Establish good cooperative relations with investment banks, private banks, family funds, trusts, asset management, funds and other financial institutions,
• Strong fund raising capabilities and responsible for operation and management
• Collaborate and negotiate on fundraising for the project, expand the customer base including high net worth customers, and provide long-term follow-up services for the intended customers;
• Maintain various fund-raising channels and develop good relationship with various parties in the financing process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Business or related disciplines
• 5-7 years or above experience in financing related products and projects of investment institutions such as private bank, investment bank, trusts and asset management;
• Solid financial knowledge and financing channels with strong network such as: private banks, high net worth clients, family funds, institutional clients, etc.;
• Familiar with the financing techniques and strategies, directions and key factors of various financial industries.
• Work experience and exposure in private equity, private banks, investment banks, family funds, securities companies or investment companies is highly preferred;
• With proven successful track records and familiar with industry organizations, private equity, real estate fund project experience and resources are highly preferred.
