Assistant Manager – Debt Capital Markets/Sales (Many posts)

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Debt Capital Markets (DCM) origination and execution of bond offering in major currencies;
• Support DCM Team to cover and maintain relationships with bond issuers in Asian countries, mainly China, Korea, Singapore and Japan;
• Provide market analysis and present market view to issuers and investors;
• Grow and drive DCM related opportunities. 

Requirements:

• University Degree in Banking, Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 1 year of DCM related working experience in Hong Kong, preferably with strong DCM transaction execution experience before;
• Experience of dealing with Southeast Asia/Korean clients preferred
• Possess Type 1 & 4 regulated activities licenses;
• Self-motivated working attitude with strong communication skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
