Job Description

Our client is a World Renowned Private Developer with several exceptional projects on going in Hong Kong.They are actively expanding their portfolio in Hong Kong and China. Therefore, they are inviting outstanding young graduates in Architecture/Real Estate/Finance/Engineering to apply for a trainee role in real estate development.

Responsibilities

Research on the Local Property market
Financial Modelling and Report Writing
Exposure to UHNW co-investors in the Real Estate Industry
Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree or above in Business Administration/Architecture/QS/Engineering or related discipline
Less than 2 years’ of working experience
Candidate with strong interest in Real Estate Industry
Strong Financial Modelling, Reporting Writing & Verbal Reasoning Skill
