Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner with management and business unit heads for business planning and financial analysis, including Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning & Analysis
• Conduct various financial analysis and business modelling to facilitate business reviews and decision-making on existing business and new opportunities
• Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to analyze and review the financial and operational performance
• Perform macro and micro analysis/ research for management decision making on business and financial trends, identify issues, and discuss with relevant business and functional teams
• Lead and manage a small team, coach and develop their capabilities
• Assist ad-hoc projects
• Based in Hong Kong and frequent travel to PRC cities

Requirements:

• University graduates in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics plus professional qualification
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience of which 3 years in performing analysis for management reporting
• Strong in using statistical and database management tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, COGNOS, SPSS, SAS, SQL, etc.)
• Proficiency in Pivot Table, V-Look Up and PowerPoint Presentation
• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines in dynamic business environment
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
