Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with Training Manager to identify specific training needs.
• Manage all training activities on soft skills include training workshops and upfront training management.
• Formulate, design and deliver quality and effective training to different target participants.
• Develop, organize, coordinate and conduct non-product training program.
• Prepare training materials, teach beauty equipment operation and use of skills.
• Coach and have regular store visits to monitor front-line staff performance to ensure the service level and skills are up to standard.
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Holder of the relevant professional beauty & training certificates such as ITEC, CIBTAC, CITY & GUILDS, etc.
• Over 3 years of training experience in beauty or cosmetic industry.
• Familiar with beauty retail industry and beauty equipment are highly preferred.
• Good training common sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation.
• Patience, organized, independent, self-discipline and good presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
