Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operation on CRM program, exceptional case management, update workflow & training materials
  • Support CS team in handling customer enquiries regarding to the new CRM system/ campaign or other member benefits, and advice CS Team for the solution
  • Develop and maintain data architecture, storage and warehouse operations
  • Contribute to formulation of activities and promotion club members
  • Develop & maintain CRM policies and execution guidelines 
  • Planning, developing and driving the implementation of various training interventions to enhance the customer services levels of call centre representatives
  • Identify gaps and areas to strengthen the customer services, product knowledge and market dynamic in order to build strong relations and engagement with customers
  • Handle difficult customer complaints and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • To support CS team lead in executing CS-related engagements
  • Assist with developing junior Team member
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current policies and procedures, processes and client servicing arrangements in line with current business and regulatory practices and in line with industry practices
  • Provide and organise training for other department's staff, Companies Act and/or Stock Exchange other rules which may impact other departments
  • Responsible for ensuring that commitment to client are followed-up in a timely manner, that the clients are satisfied and to continually engage with clients

 

 

 

Requirement :

  • University Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing or Tertiary education, preferably in business discipline
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in management experience
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and staff conflicts
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • preferably with experience in beauty salon, spa, medical skin care or medical aesthetic centre
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Customer Service knowledge priority
  • Immediately available in highly preferred
