Responsibilities:

• Perform construction site inspection and prepare regular quality reports for management review
• Participate in the design and review of shop drawing to ensure the schedule and standard are on track
• Participate in the regular progress meeting and report on the matters affecting the progress, cost control, safety and technical issues of the project

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction or relevant disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Basic knowledge of project development and on-site management of construction engineering project, such as works inspection, progress monitoring, cost and budget control
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Exposure in Precast Facade Construction or R.C. Construction would be an advantage
• Responsible, hard-working and willing to travel to China occasionally
• Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Immediate available is highly preferred
