Job Description

Our client is a world renowned Hotel Brand with a Hotel Project in Hong Kong. We are representing them to look for a Design Architect/Assistant Design Manager to join their well establish team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Strategic & master layout planning, overall design management
Manage internal & external stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution
Review Tender Document and Statutory Submission
Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree or above in Architecture or related discipline
6 years’ experience in large scale mixed-used/residential/commercial projects is preferred
HKIA/RIBA member is a must
Familiar with property projects from conceptual stage to completion stage
Candidates from Architectural Consultancy or Developer are welcome
