Responsibilities

-         Prepare service proposals and provide presentations to customer.

-         Support and be responsible for sales activities, including customer/site visit, and

          preparation of tender/contract document

-         Site coordination such as communication with sub-contractor, time-line management, etc.

-         Monitor the progress of projects to customer satisfaction 

Requirements

-         Higher Dip / Degree in Engineering, Building studies, Building Services or Civil, E&M

          Engineer equivalent.

-         Relevant experience in water leakage detection, building inspection and monitoring,

           surveying, Building Services / Civil Engineering / E&M engineering is preferable.

-         Able to work independently and willing to learn.

-         Proactive, good communication skill, hard-working and willing to take challenge

-         Good command of written & spoken English/Chinese.

-         Fresh graduate will also be considered.
