Job Description
You will be required to advice on the engineering and maintenance aspect of the building, monitor daily operations of the M&E Systems, its regular maintenance, all emergency duties relating to system breakdowns, tender preparation and supervision of repair works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent related subjects
- Expertise in Fire service system, air-conditioning system, plumbing & drainage and E&M maintenance works
- Not less than 5 years' relevant experience with supervisory position in building maintenance, planning, and scheduling maintenance works
- Relevant experience in managing building improvement, alternation, addition and renovation projects
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B or above)
- Self-initiative and able to work independently
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer
