• Member of HKIS with RPS, RICS, HKIA with five years related working experience (Less experience and qualification will be considered as junior post)
• Fluent in AutoCAD Station, Photoshop and knowledge in BIM is definitively an advantages
• Work independently and able to run and supervise projects within the designated time frame
• Conversant with the development process, project management, contract administration, building regulation, A&A works, licensing works, improvement works and redevelopment, repair and maintenance of building surveying, usual building consultancy services, checking of UBW and preparation of report
• Can work under pressure, hard work and has the thrill to develop the profession in building consultancy or Architectural field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
