Job Description
- 7 years or above relevant experience in taking off and tendering hi-end interior fitting-out packages,
- Proven knowledge of market rates, such as subcontractor’s rates; trades’ daywork rates; materials’ rates for hi-end fitting-out works,
- Experience in variety of tendering technique and strategy,
- Able to work independently,
- Appropriate academic background is essential,
