Qualification

• Higher certificate / higher diploma in building studies, building surveying or architectural studies awarded by universities, the Institutes of Vocational Education or Vocational Training Council

Requirement

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience to the satisfaction of Building Authority
• Can be taken up by superintendents with relevant qualifications

• Strong computer skills with MS office
• Analytical, organized and able to make informed decisions
• Have strong commercial and market awareness
• Immediate available is preferred

• Self-motivated, good working attitude and high level of professionalism and integrity

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review with QCM on control measures and checking mechanism for material compliance of architectural and building materials in accordance with the Guidelines on Scope and Contents of Quality Control System in APPENDIX PRE.B8/XII;
• Coordinate with all Sub-contractors and suppliers and record the established Quality Control System for material compliance of architectural and building materials at all stages in the progress of the Works including material purchase, delivery, storage and use;
• Review with Site Staff on material control measures for the Works throughout the construction period;
• Check and record all architectural and building materials delivered to Site and report to QCM and Site Staff any non-compliance with Contract requirements or any deviation from the Approved samples
• Provide attendance for random checking on material storage by Site Staff and MMO
