Responsibilities:

1. Provide full range of legal and regulatory support for Hong Kong and Macau offices;
2. Draft and review commercial documents and give professional advice;
3. Assist in local and Macau legal matters, such as contractual disputes, labour law abuse, etc.;
4. Conduct legal and regulatory researches;
5. Participate and support division daily works and ad hoc projects.

 Requirements:

1. LLB/Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent;
2. 2-3 years’ experience in handling commercial and/or litigation works;
3. Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
4. Drafting correspondences/contracts;
5. Fresh graduate will also be considered;
6. Immediate available is highly preferred.
