A challenging opportunity to lead the business development division of the Company.  You will report directly to an Executive Director and oversee all activities related to business development.

Responsibilities: 

• Capture new business opportunities for the Company in Hong Kong and China so as to expand the existing business and market share.
• Oversee the brokering of land deals and negotiation of sales & purchase agreements.
• Set objectives and identify methods to reach the Company's goal of continuous capital growth and maximizing revenue.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors in planning the Company's strategies and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
• Involve in strategic marketing and operation planning with the project managers.

• Degree holder in Architecture, Building Surveying or relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in real estate, building or construction industry of which the latest 5 years should be at senior management level.
• Extensive land development experience with a track record of sourcing and acquiring sites for residential or commercial developments.
• Good connection with landlords or property owners in Hong Kong and China is an advantage.
• Excellent diplomatic, leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
