Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for site measurement of works, variation claim, cost control, budgeting and settlement of final account of various projects

l   Preparation of quantities and coordination with the Project Managers and Purchasing Department for material ordering

Requirements:

l   Degree / Higher Diploma in QS Studies or other related engineering disciplines

l   At least 3 years working experience in quantity surveying field with fitting-out contractor

l   Good computer skill in MS Word & MS Excel

l   Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese

l   Highly self-motivated, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
