RMS required for EDB project.  Agreement No. 9OC134 – Term Consultancy for Emergency Repairs, Major Repairs and Special Projects to Aided Schools and in Buildings, Lands and Other Properties for which the Education Bureau is Responsible in Region No. 3A & 3B.

Minimum Requirements

• (i)  Full member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor (HKIS) in the Building Surveying Division, or a Registered Professional Surveyor, or equivalent, and one year's appropriate post-qualification experience.  Or (ii) Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent;

• Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

 Duties and Responsibilities 

• The RMS will be deployed to client's office as a Resident Site Staff under the direction of the client's representative to administer and supervise the delivery of maintenance and repair projects in aided schools at various locations throughout the territory of the HKSAR.
