DRAFTSMAN / ASSISTANT SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings for clients' review and approval submission.
• Review and provide feedback on specification, measurements and drawings for onsite construction team in solving field problems.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
• Interface and co-ordinate with clients, contractors and other third parties.
• Abilityto handle project co-ordination, schedule, documentation, process control

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitting-out project management for residential, commercial, corporate office and retail.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD is a must.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and capable of working under pressure
• Team player and good working attitude
• Strong attention to details.
• Effective time management and organizational skills
