Job Description
Our Client is a sizable main contractor and mainly provides building engineering in Hong Kong / China. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.
Responsibilities:
- Project Type: Residential Project / Hotel Project / Luxury Villa Project
- Report to Building Services Manager
- Responsible for preparing the Combined Services Drawings and Combined Builder's Work Drawings
- Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures
- Liaise with sub-contractors and monitor the site progress
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical and
- Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant experience
- Highly regard the experience and knowledge in CSD and CBWD
- Self-motivated & willing to work under pressure
- Immediate Available is highly regarded
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.
