Job Description
Duties:
- Handle Alteration & Addition, Minor Works and other projects
- Conduct site inspections
- Prepare Alteration & Addition/Minor Works Drawings
- Supervise the junior staff to complete the tasks
- Assist Project Manager to deal with different tasks
- Co-ordinate with Government Departments, Clients, etc.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Ass.Degree or above in Building Surveying or related subjects with 3 years+ related experience
- Good in written English
- Knowledge in Auto CAD, MS Project and MS office
- Available in short notice preferred
