Responsibilities:

• Maintain BIM (Revit) standards template and object families;
• Assistant to development BIM workflow;
• Production training course materials, teaching videos and standards manual;
• Counseling each construction site BIM data file maintenance;
• Coordinate the design stage BIM model and auxiliary construction site build models;
• In charge of the training construction site modellor and junior technicians;
• To coordinate the exchange of information processing models released each application to provide relevant departments;
• BIM (Revit) software and hardware installation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural / Structure or Building Services Engineering or related discipline with Associate membership of HKIBIM is a must;
• Have a Professional membership of HKIBIM is preferred;
• Minimum 3-5 years BIM modeling with 3 years coordinating experience;
• Proven practical site experience of BIM applications in managing design and construction of multi-disciplinary project;  
• Good knowledge and well versed in the application and uses of BIM platforms / 3D modeling software such as Revit / Civil 3D / Navisworks, BIM360;
• Hands on experience of BIM software/application;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as BIM Co-ordinator.
