Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for day-to-day repair & maintenance of company’s properties
• Liaise and co-ordinate with tenants, occupiers, contractors, government authorizes and relevant internal parties

 Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 1-2 year’s solid experience in repair & maintenance works with property management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese Windows
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
