Qualification/Requirements:

• Relevant 5 years in interior retail fitting out / furniture / A&A work field and 3 years’ experience in Managerial level
• Candidate with Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• Degree / Diploma / Certificate holder in building / engineering studies / MEP education background is preferable
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
• Excellent knowledge of fitting out works with good project management skills, on site management experience is preferred
• Excellent communication to liaise with Client, Contractors, Designer and Project Team
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
  

Scope of Major Duties:

• Provide leadership in all aspect to oversight execution of the project in maintaining a safety work environment, schedule deliverable and to ensure all submissions are compliant with the project and all regulations.
• Demand to lead the project from inception to completion to ensure project commitments and compliance with project budgets and schedule.
• Tender documentation review: Quantity Surveying and Quotation preparation
• Provide accurate/technical feedback to team on project progress and identify key focus
• Provide project activity coordination, reviewing all current and planned activities and liaison with designers, subcontractors and team to ensure all works are up to client’s expectation.
• Identify and report all issues from all matters and help delivery project solutions to support project outcome
