Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise site project work progress

- Liaise and coordinate with Sub-contractors / Suppliers for project follow up

- Liaise and coordinate with Clients on drawings and material submissions, etc.

- Monitor material ordering and logistics to meet project progress

- Prepare master programme / work schedules

- Liaison with government departments and utilities companies

- Control cost to meet targeted budget

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in Building Studies or construction field or equivalent practical experience

- Holder of T1 Certificate or above equivalent is highly preferable

- Competent in Autocad, CAD Shop drawing, MS Office is an advantage

- Min 3 years solid experience in project management and site project coordination

- Independent, initiative, organized and strong interpersonal and communication skill

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
