Our client company is a reputable developer with strong presences in Hong Kong and PRC. It is known for its quality new building development projects and its momentum to expand in the region. With new development projects and other project pipelines, they are now looking for a (Assistant) Project Manager - Architecture to join their team based in HK.

about the role

Reporting to the division head, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

• You will be involve in the architectural design coordination, budget control, project planning and construction supervision to make sure the project is completed within planned schedule and cost as well as meeting relevant standards
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to government authorities, consultants, contractors, internal departments
• Offer technical advice and research on overseas regulations and requirements of new development projects

requirements & qualifications

• Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent
• MHKIA with around 5-10 years of post-qualification experience of project management for large scale building development projects, experience in residential buildings construction, commercial new building construction and A&A would be a huge advantage
• Detail-minded, flexible as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, planning and management skills with an analytical mind
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English; fluency in Mandarin is also preferred
• Knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, SketchUp, etc.
