About the Company

Our client company is a leading HK property group with strong presences in Hong Kong, PRC and SEA regions. With steady rise of retail and hospitality projects in China and SEA region, they are currently looking for Architecture professionals to join their Design Department as Design Director.

About the Role

Based in Hong Kong, you will be reporting directly to Group CEO and leading a team of 6 to take a leadership role for leading in-house design team in full cycle project development including but not limited to conceptual, detailed, construction design in overall architectural aspects, interior and FF&E aspects. You will also work closely with design consultancies to coordinate design directions, progress to ensure they are all complied with group and brand design standards and quality.

About the Requirement

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experiences in architectural design, interior design within design consultancies/ architectural firms/ client environment
• Proven track record in delivering multiple mid-large scale development projects, preferably within retail/ lifestyle/ hospitality in HK/ overseas
• Strong art-work and design sense to facilitate design coordination and management. Confident and technically competent to comment and advice designs from external consultancies
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in both English essential
• Degree holder in architectural studies or related discipline
