Job Description

Requirement:

Diploma or above in Civil / Building Studies / Architecture / Construction management or related disciplines
2 years relevant experience relating to Building Construction Works / Fitting Out Works/ A&A Works is preferred .
Independent and able to work under pressure
Fluency in written and spoken English & Chinese
Familiar with Autocad is a must
High enthusiasm at work
Willing to put effort to complete task & meet target

Responsibilities

Assist project management and operation
Prepare materials & shop drawings submission, daily report, survey report, progress reports etc.
Material and equipment measurement and order preparation
Coordination work with subcontractors, consultants, clients etc.
Follow complaints / ad hoc affairs.
