Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator

Minimum 5-7 years / 3 -5 years local project coordination experience

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team of multi-disciplinary designers working on a variety of high-end interior design projects in Hong Kong

Qualifications :

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design / Construction Management from accredited institutes
• Minimum 5 years / 3 years’ experience in project coordination role, in new-build fitting out projects for clubhouses, high-end residential projects, and/or hotels

Responsibilities / Skills :

• Mainly responsible for handling projects in fitting out stage
• Manage project scope, programme, and cost variations
• Coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors; and attend meetings
• Inspect site works against design intent and on quality and workmanship
• Responsible for all documentation, including vetting of samples and shop drawings, drafting of meeting minutes, etc.
• Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, with good English writing skills
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
• Occasional travel required

• Ability to work under tight schedules and willing to working overtime
