Responsibilities

• Report directly to Manager, assume key responsibility to maximize sales potential of Greentins products and services through specification with selected group of designers and consulting engineers architecture companies and building services consultancy companies
• Well communicate with architect, designer and project manager to present and create the need for our products
• Pro-actively create and explore new market opportunities
• Maintain good relationship and work collaboratively with existing and new clients
• Be a strong partner with internal sales and marketing team to satisfy clients’ requirements
• Visit to construction site may be needed
• Handle calls and correspondences
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science or related discipline from reputable university. Candidate with post-secondary qualification with good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin shall also be considered. 
• 2 years relevant working experience. Candidate with lesser experience but with exceptional quality shall also be considered.
• Experienced in building materials, design, architecture or landscape is definitely an advantage
• Dynamic personality with strong winning, high performance mindset, and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with initiative and good communication skills
• Highly independent, able to manage multiple tasks, and detail-oriented
• Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
